House Rules

Thank you for choosing SAGE Staycation.

Our properties are located within residential condominium communities. These rules help us maintain a clean, safe, secure, and comfortable environment for guests and residents.

By staying with us, you agree to follow these House Rules as well as the rules of the respective condominium building.

1. Check-in & Check-out

Check-in: 2:00 PM
Check-out: 11:00 AM

Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and confirmation.

2. Guest Registration & Identification

All registered guests must complete the required pre-check-in and identification process.

Building security may require identification before allowing entry.

Unregistered guests may be denied building access.

3. Quiet Hours

10:00 PM–7:00 AM

Please keep noise to a minimum and respect neighboring residents.

Excessive noise, loud music, shouting, or disruptive behavior is prohibited.

4. No Smoking

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the condominium unit.

Guests may smoke only in areas where smoking is permitted by building management.

Additional cleaning or damage charges may apply if smoking inside the unit results in odor, stains, damage, or specialized cleaning.

5. Illegal Drugs & Prohibited Substances

The use, possession, distribution, or manufacture of illegal drugs or prohibited substances is strictly forbidden.

Serious violations may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund where permitted and may be reported to the appropriate authorities.

6. Guests & Visitors

Only registered guests may stay overnight.

Day visitors must be approved in advance and comply with the building's visitor-registration and security requirements.

The booking guest is responsible for the conduct of their visitors.

7. Parties & Events

Parties, events, celebrations, gatherings, and commercial activities are prohibited unless expressly authorized in writing by SAGE Staycation and permitted by building management.

8. Pets

Pets are not permitted unless SAGE Staycation has provided prior written approval.

9. Maximum Occupancy

Only the number of guests stated in the reservation may stay overnight.

Additional overnight guests require prior approval and may be subject to additional charges and building-registration requirements.

10. Swimming Pools & Gym

Pool and gym facilities are controlled by building management.

Guests must:

  • Follow posted facility rules;
  • Observe operating hours;
  • Complete required registration;
  • Pay applicable fees directly to the building where required; and
  • Follow instructions from building staff.

Swimming pools are strictly closed every Monday for routine water treatment, cleaning, and maintenance.

Facility access is not guaranteed and may be affected by maintenance, capacity restrictions, weather, building rules, or temporary closure.

11. Parking

Parking is not complimentary unless specifically stated in the booking confirmation.

Guests must follow the applicable building parking rules.

Parking availability and fees are controlled by the respective building or parking operator.

12. Care of the Property

Please treat the accommodation and its contents with care.

Guests are responsible for damage beyond normal wear and tear, including damage to:

  • Furniture;
  • Appliances;
  • Fixtures;
  • Linens;
  • Towels;
  • Kitchen equipment;
  • Electronics; and
  • Building property.

13. Lost Keys & Access Cards

Guests may be charged for lost or damaged keys, access cards, access devices, or other SAGE Staycation property.

Report any loss immediately.

14. Safety & Security

Please:

  • Lock the door when leaving;
  • Do not allow unauthorized persons into the property;
  • Do not tamper with smoke detectors or safety equipment;
  • Report maintenance or safety issues promptly; and
  • Follow building emergency procedures.

15. Emergencies

For immediate police, fire, or medical emergencies, call 911.

For incidents within the condominium, contact the building's security/emergency contact.

Once safe, notify SAGE Staycation.

16. Check-out Responsibilities

Before leaving:

  • Remove personal belongings;
  • Dispose of rubbish;
  • Turn off lights and appliances;
  • Lock the unit;
  • Return keys/access devices as instructed; and
  • Report accidental damage.

17. Rule Violations

Serious or repeated violations may result in:

  • Additional charges;
  • Loss of facility access;
  • Termination of the stay;
  • Immediate eviction without refund where permitted; or
  • Reporting to building management or appropriate authorities.
