These standard times apply unless a different time has been confirmed by SAGE Staycation.

Direct Booking Benefits

Complimentary Early Check-in

Direct-booking guests may request complimentary early check-in from 12:00 PM.

This is subject to:

  • The unit being vacant the previous night;
  • Housekeeping completing preparation; and
  • Confirmation by SAGE Staycation approximately 24 hours before arrival.

Early check-in is not guaranteed until confirmed.

Discounted Late Check-out

Direct-booking guests may request:

Late check-out until 1:00 PM — ₱400

subject to:

  • Availability;
  • Housekeeping schedules;
  • Incoming reservations; and
  • Confirmation by SAGE Staycation.

Pre-Check-in & Guest ID

Approximately 24 hours before check-in, all registered guests must submit valid government-issued identification through the pre-check-in link provided by SAGE Staycation.

The link may be provided by:

  • Email;
  • SMS; or
  • Booking confirmation.

This information may be required for guest verification, building registration, security, access control, emergency purposes, and applicable requirements.

Unregistered guests may be denied building access.

Building Access

Each condominium building has its own security and registration procedures.

Guests must:

  • Ensure their names match their reservation;
  • Register all overnight guests;
  • Submit required identification;
  • Follow building security procedures; and
  • Follow instructions from building management.

Check-in Instructions

Detailed check-in instructions are normally provided approximately 24 hours before arrival.

They may include:

  • Building name and address;
  • Directions;
  • Lobby/reception information;
  • Access procedure;
  • Unit information;
  • Key/access-card instructions;
  • Wi-Fi information;
  • House Rules;
  • Parking information, if arranged; and
  • Emergency contact information.

Please keep these instructions available when travelling to the property.

Late Arrival

If you expect to arrive late, please notify SAGE Staycation in advance.

Late arrival may be possible depending on the building's access procedure and security requirements.

Early Arrival

Arriving before 12:00 PM does not guarantee access to the unit.

If your unit is not ready, you may need to wait until your confirmed early check-in time or the standard 2:00 PM check-in time.

Parking

Parking is not complimentary and is separate from your accommodation.

If you require parking, please contact SAGE Staycation at least 24 hours before arrival.

Parking is subject to building availability and applicable fees.

Check-out Procedure

Before leaving:

  • Take all personal belongings;
  • Dispose of rubbish appropriately;
  • Turn off lights and appliances;
  • Close windows where applicable;
  • Lock the unit;
  • Return keys/access cards as instructed; and
  • Report accidental damage or missing items.

Do not leave keys or access cards in an unauthorized location.

After Check-out

Our housekeeping team may inspect the unit after departure.

Guests may be responsible for:

  • Damage beyond normal wear and tear;
  • Missing items;
  • Lost access devices; or
  • Excessive cleaning requirements.

Any applicable charges will be handled according to the booking terms.
