The information provided on the SAGE Staycation website and through our accommodation listings is intended to provide guests with general and practical information about our properties, facilities, booking conditions, and services.

We make reasonable efforts to keep our information accurate and up to date. However, certain services, facilities, conditions, prices, schedules, and availability may change.

1. Property Information

SAGE Staycation makes reasonable efforts to ensure that photographs, descriptions, amenities, floor information, facilities, and other property information accurately represent the accommodation.

However:

  • Furniture and décor may differ slightly from photographs;
  • Minor changes to furnishings or layout may occur;
  • Building conditions may change;
  • Certain amenities may be unavailable temporarily;
  • Photographs may not represent every current detail of the property.

The specific accommodation, facilities, occupancy, and services included in your reservation are those confirmed at the time of booking.

2. Building Facilities

Many facilities associated with our properties are operated or controlled by condominium management rather than SAGE Staycation.

This includes, where applicable:

  • Swimming pools;
  • Gyms;
  • Parking areas;
  • Elevators;
  • Building security;
  • Common areas;
  • Water supply;
  • Power supply;
  • Building access;
  • Waste management; and
  • Other shared facilities.

Facility access may be affected by:

  • Maintenance;
  • Repairs;
  • Building rules;
  • Capacity limits;
  • Scheduled closures;
  • Emergencies;
  • Government requirements; or
  • Other circumstances beyond SAGE Staycation's reasonable control.

SAGE Staycation cannot guarantee continuous availability of facilities controlled by building management.

3. Pool Access

Pool access, fees, schedules, capacity, and rules are determined by the respective condominium management.

Our current general information is:

Mesaverte Residences: Free pool access for the first 2 registered guests; additional guests may be charged.

Avida Towers Aspira: Pool access is not complimentary and guests must pay the applicable entrance fee.

The Loop Towers: No swimming pool.

One Oasis: No swimming pool.

Pool schedules may change without notice.

4. Gym Access

Gym access is not complimentary.

Where a gym is available, access may require payment of an entrance or usage fee and compliance with building rules.

Gym availability, fees, schedules, and operating conditions are controlled by building management.

5. Parking

SAGE Staycation does not provide free parking at our properties.

Paid parking may be available depending on the building and availability.

Parking must be requested in advance and is not guaranteed until confirmed by SAGE Staycation.

Parking facilities are generally operated or controlled by the relevant building or parking provider.

6. Utilities and Internet

Electricity, water, internet, mobile connectivity, television services, and other utilities may occasionally be interrupted because of:

  • Utility-provider outages;
  • Building maintenance;
  • Equipment failure;
  • Weather;
  • Emergency situations; or
  • Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

SAGE Staycation will make reasonable efforts to assist guests when an interruption occurs.

However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability of third-party utilities or telecommunications services.

7. Weather, Typhoons and Natural Events

Cagayan de Oro and surrounding areas may occasionally experience severe weather, typhoons, flooding, earthquakes, transportation disruptions, or other natural events.

SAGE Staycation cannot guarantee that travel conditions, transportation schedules, utilities, or building facilities will remain unaffected.

Our specific Typhoon Clause may provide eligible guests with a refund or rebooking credit when the stated conditions are met.

8. Transportation Information

Travel times, flight schedules, ferry schedules, road conditions, traffic conditions, and transportation availability are provided for general information only.

Actual conditions may change.

Guests should confirm transportation schedules and travel conditions directly with the relevant airline, ferry operator, transport provider, or government authority.

SAGE Staycation is not responsible for cancellations, delays, missed connections, traffic, road closures, or other transportation disruptions caused by third parties or circumstances outside our control.

9. Third-Party Services

Our website and listings may contain links or information relating to third-party services, including:

  • Airbnb;
  • Agoda;
  • Payment providers;
  • Transportation companies;
  • Restaurants;
  • Attractions;
  • Maps;
  • Tourism services;
  • Social-media platforms; and
  • Other external websites.

These third parties operate independently.

SAGE Staycation does not control and is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, policies, security, or performance of independent third-party services.

10. Prices and Availability

Prices, promotions, availability, fees, and booking conditions may change.

The price and conditions confirmed at the time of booking will apply to your reservation, subject to the applicable booking terms.

Any additional charges that apply to optional services or facilities will be communicated where reasonably possible.

11. Reviews and Guest-Generated Content

Guest reviews and testimonials represent the opinions and experiences of individual guests.

SAGE Staycation does not guarantee that every guest will have an identical experience.

Reviews, photographs, and other guest-generated content may reflect individual circumstances and may not represent the views of SAGE Staycation.

12. Health, Safety and Personal Responsibility

Guests are responsible for taking reasonable care of themselves, their companions, and their personal belongings during their stay.

Guests should follow:

  • Building safety procedures;
  • Pool and gym rules;
  • Emergency instructions;
  • House Rules;
  • Security instructions; and
  • Applicable Philippine laws and regulations.

Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising children.

13. Personal Belongings

Guests are responsible for their personal belongings, valuables, documents, money, electronics, and other property.

Guests should secure their belongings and follow reasonable security precautions.

14. Accuracy of Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that information published by SAGE Staycation is accurate and current.

However, errors, omissions, typographical mistakes, outdated information, or temporary changes may occasionally occur.

If you identify incorrect information, please contact us so that we can review and correct it.

15. No Guarantee of Continuous Availability

The SAGE Staycation website, booking system, payment systems, communication systems, and other online services may occasionally be unavailable due to:

  • Maintenance;
  • Technical problems;
  • Internet outages;
  • Hosting problems;
  • Cybersecurity incidents;
  • Payment-provider interruptions; or
  • Other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We make reasonable efforts to restore services as soon as practical.

16. Direct Bookings and OTA Reservations

Reservations made directly with SAGE Staycation are governed by SAGE Staycation's applicable Terms & Conditions, Cancellation & Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, and House Rules.

Reservations made through Airbnb, Agoda, or another OTA may additionally be governed by the respective platform's terms, policies, payment procedures, cancellation rules, and dispute-resolution processes.

Guests should review the applicable platform terms before completing a reservation.

Airbnb, for example, displays cancellation terms to guests before booking and within confirmed reservation information.

17. No Waiver of Legal Rights

Nothing in this Disclaimer is intended to exclude, restrict, or waive any right or protection that cannot legally be excluded or waived under applicable Philippine law.

SAGE Staycation remains committed to providing accurate information, fair booking practices, appropriate guest support, and reasonable mechanisms for resolving guest concerns.

18. Governing Law

This Disclaimer is governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, subject to applicable consumer-protection and other mandatory legal requirements.
